Rear Admiral Peter Ebhaleme (Rtd)
Rear Admiral Peter Ebhaleme (RTD) IS THE Chairman of the Board of Directors – Born in 1948, educated at Nigeria Military School Zaria, Nigeria Defense Academy and Britannia Royal Navy Collage England.
Later attend University of Lagos in 1990 for his LLB and was called to the Bar in 1995.
He held several command and staff appointment among which he started as a Commanding Officer NNS, Enugu 1944, Gunnery officer NNS Dorina in 1995, Chief of Administration, Defence Headquarters in 20001 -2002 until he rose to the post of Chairman. Military Pension from 2002- 2003.He left the Nigeria Navy in 2003.
Presently, he is a Principal Partner of Midlands Solicitors, Legal Practitioner & Admiral admiralty consultancy. He is married with children.
Ahmed Bashir Borodo
Ahmed Bashir Borodo was born in 1971 and attended Bayero University Kano, where he graduated with a degree in accounting.He also has a post graduate diploma master’s degree in development studies from Bayero University, Kano.
He has extensive project management experience and was responsible for so many projects while working with Halcon Limited who were consultant to the Former Armed Forces and Police PTF.He has worked with Halcon Limited and Dantata Group and presently working with MTN Nigeria. Among other courses, he has attended various courses in project Management at Business school Netherlands and Lagos Business School.
Yemisi Onyeokoro
Mrs. Yemisi Onyeokoro is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of REHOBOTH INSURANCE BROKERS, joined the Company in 2006. She has Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo. She became an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) in 1998.
Prior to her appointment, she was the General Manager of Global Allianz Insurance Brokers from 2002 to 2006. She worked with Equity Indemnity Insurance Company Limited immediatately after her National Youth Service Corporation in 1993 for eight years from 1994-2002. Among other courses, she has attended the second LBS/PAN African University Conference on Insurance in 2002.

Akinlade Olufunmilayo
Mrs Akinlayo is the Head Technical in Rehoboth Insurance Borkers. She joined Rehoboth Insurance Brokers in 2017 as the Head of Technical Unit. She worked in Prestige Assurance as the Reinsurance Manager for Nine (9) years.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She has twenty six years insurance working experience.
Agnes Oduobi
Agnes Oduobi, finished her Tertiary education in 1988 from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with B.Sc. in Economics. She worked with the National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS) in the Admin Department before she was promoted as the Head Admin/Finance.
She joined Rehoboth Insurance Brokers Limited in 2015 as the Head, Admin/Finance. She has Fifteen years working experience.
Onyeokoro Felicia
She is the Marketing Manager in Charge of Life and Non-Life Policy. She is a graduate of Lagos State University with B.Sc. Human Communication.
She joined Rehoboth Insurance in June 2017 as the Marketing Manager. She has Ten years working experience as a Marketer.
